Late this past year, one of our Super Teams traveled to Majuro in the Marshall Islands, where we met a young mother named Lina. Lina had been suffering from advanced cataracts, which left her nearly blind and unable to care for her three children. Her husband had to quit his job to help with the children, placing the family in extreme financial hardship. Lina’s condition could be treated with a simple surgery, but on the island, there was no access to the necessary medical care.

This is where Canvasback steps in. We partner with local governments, clinics, and volunteers to bring life- changing medical care, education, and hope to these islands.
